Resting day...

I was so busy yesterday preparing food for my company. It took me 4 hours to get everything done and ready. I had friends came over to watch for the fireworks. I must say we had a good time eating and watching the fireworks. They stayed in our boat for a while and by the time they left I was already burn out. I was so tired today that all I want to do is rest and sleep. Indeed the family got nap and sleep for a long time. I felt better and well rested now. I have a busy schedule tomorrow because it's time to register for Fall semester again. For now, I have to get all my classes together to I'll be ready for tomorrow. I gotta go for now, you all have a good evening.

I know most women keep a lot of purses and sandals in their racks. I myself get crazy buying sandals and shoe every chance I get especially when there’s sales going on the department store. Even though my husband keeps telling me not to buy footwear anymore, I couldn’t resist not shopping for shoes and sandal. I love shopping for clothes and sandals. Right now, I’m looking online in search of great price for a Naot sandals. I really like the style and durability of Naot sandals.

Treadmill

Some people lost weight from exercising, dieting or taking diet pills and I know whatever works for them they’ll surely stick to it. One of my husband’s friend had lost weight quite a bit and he definitely encourage my husband to try the treadmill which he believed helped him lost weight and stay in good shape. I’ve never pay attention that much with exercise machine until I saw what it had done to our friend which surely encourages us to get one.

Clean up time....

I've been so busy this past weekend wandering around with my friends and daughter. I haven't done laundry and now it is time to do my chores. I felt so lazy but I know I have to start cleaning up before my laziness prevail. My husband told me that since I don't have school this summer, all I do is go out with friends and do less of cooking and doing the chores. In a way I felt guilty but now I'm trying to catch up doing my responsibility. I also need to clean up because my friends are coming over later on today so I better get off here and start cleaning. I hope everyone have a wonderful days ahead.

Las Vegas Hotels

Linda just recently discovers that she has relatives living in Las Vegas because her father just found out about it. She was so excited about meeting them and now she’s searching through internet for a good airfare and affordable Las Vegas hotels. I sure she will have a good time in Las Vegas with her relatives as there so much they can do there. In a way I’m glad that she’s going to meet her family so she won’t feel so sad anymore.

Flash Memory

My husband was a little upset because we weren’t able to recover our pictures in the CD when we went to Bahamas last winter. I had all the pictures saved in the CD and for some reason the disc was corrupted. It must have happened when I was missing with my laptop and a screen pop up asking me to agree for something. I wasn’t really paying attention to what was it saying, I was more eager to just close the window and continue missing with my laptop. I know how much that pictures of our trip meant to my husband and I honestly feel bad about it. For now I’ve made a plan of storing the pictures or documents save in a disc and also in a flash memory as a backup to make sure no files get lost again.

Missing my family......

For this past week I've been dealing with my youngest brother health situation. His been taken to the ER twice because of his high fever. It really scared me first when I found what happened to him. Due to his high fever he has gotten to delirium stage where he ran around like crazy and hit the van. Thankfully the van that he hit was already park because if not it would have been catastrophic. The first time he was brough to the ER of Surigao, they didn't really do a good job in finding out what was wrong with my brother. They discharge him despite of his unstable health. I decided it might be a good a idea that my brother take a vacation in Ozamis where my other siblings are living. Right after he arrived his fever has gotten worst where he felt nausea. My older brother took him to the ER again but this time it was different because they run a blood work for him and CT scan and found out he has typhoid fever. His fever has been off and on because he has not gotten the right medicine that he should have the first time my family took him to the ER in Surigao. I though how stupid can they be for now knowing what was really wrong with my brother. Instead of giving him anti-biotic medicine, they give him medicine for just fever. It would have been fatal if my brother didn't get the right medication at the right time. For now, his recovering and expected to get out of the hospital soon. I do miss my family but I am grateful that I am in a position where I can help them through financial needs.

Patio Furniture

I have been trying to convince my husband to buy a new patio furniture because our old one is really in bad shape. I was thinking it would be nice relax in our patio watching our daughter especially in a nice weather. I’ve always like to spend my time in the patio doing some cross stitching when I’m not busy. I’m actually excited to show my husband the nice patio furniture I found at cozydays.com. I hope he’ll agree in getting it for us.

Health Care Career

I always feel encourage when some of my friends told me to get some kind of degree in health care career. I know it’s a great idea especially I have a little girl to look after if something wrong happen to my husband. My husband has really support me in going back to school to get a degree for my future. I know he would feel secure knowing that I have something to lean on when his not around anymore, in a way it’s a security for my family’s future. It’s not been easy but in a long run it’s worth more once I get through with it.

Unending trials.....

It really bothers me when I hear bad news from my family back in Philippines. Sometimes I couldn't sleep due to anxiety and stress over their situation. I do want to help them because I want them to have a better life and of course be happy. My husband can always sense when something bothers me eventhough I don't share to him some of my problems because I don't want to burden him. I do think that "no news is good news" because then it doesn't affect me here at all. It's like everything is just fine and perfect. But things don't always seem that way, sometimes we just have to do what we can to ease our mind. Prayers is always good way to express what's in our heart and just let God guide us on what His plan for us.
